Jafo Development Corporation, Inc.

Incorporated in 1986 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Jafo Development Corporation, Inc. was founded by Mark P. Wagner, who serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Wagner received a Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware Valley College, with a major in Business Administration. With nearly twenty-five years experience, Mr. Wagner began his career by compiling an extensive resume of historical preservation projects, primarily in the Easton, PA area. His first major new construction project was the Wagner Farms Subdivision, located in Bethlehem Township, PA. Over the last fifteen years, Jafo Development Corporation, Inc. has been involved, as the Builder, in ten phases of the Wagner Farms Subdivisions and two condominium projects.

Rooted in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, PA area, Jafo Development Corporation, Inc. has recently expanded its scope into the Bucks County, PA area. Throughout its 15 years, the corporation has been the general contractor for over 400 residential homes. The homes have ranged from condominiums to luxury single-family homes, meeting the demands of our growing communities. The corporation has grown to include full-service excavating and utility contracting, as well as commercial construction.

Jafo Development Corporation, Inc.'s business philosophy has been to generate affordable, quality, houses for the masses. Mr. Wagner has endeavored to work for fair density zoning classifications in residential zones. He has also been an advocate of fair and affordable recreation fees, traffic impact fees, etc.

Jafo Development Corporation, Inc.'s goal in the new millennium is to continue its efforts to deliver quality, affordable, housing in all markets; at the same time, keeping an eye toward our future generations by building with energy efficiency in mind and never compromising the safety of our environment.
