The developers of The Vineyard at Wagner Farms - the Wagner Family - have been engaged in farming for several generations, since the early 1900's. The original owner was Harvey Wagner and the present family is still actively farming over 1500 acres of land.

Wagner Enterprises, Ltd. was formed by Walter, Mark, and Guy Wagner to specialize in land development. Mark Wagner has nearly twenty years of experience in all phases of real estate development.
